@uhkbkh-fc1ks Yeah...no. I'm not going to live on just canned sardines for the rest of my life. What's funnier is that canned meat are processed meats. It's just that they sit in a solution, in a sealed can, that helps keep them from growing anything unwanted. Dent a can and cause a little pin hole and you'll end up with the same problems. The only way to completely trust your food is to grow/raise it yourself. Since I don't own a farm and I'm not a paranoid nut bag, I'll go ahead and continue to eat a varied diet based on foods that are processed as little as possible. Yes, that includes sardines. No, that will never be my only source of meat.

@herculesbrofister265 Talk about highly processed foods. No reputable nutritionist or doctor would recommend anyone eat that garbage. Oh, that's right. Vegans don't actually care if humans die, as long as they're not eating animals. Imagining trying to be a martyr for a cow or pig that only exists because we bred it to be food.
