  1. That one part - "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" - is why Hillary couldn't legally have taken the job, anyway. For her to make that statement would have been perjury.

  4. I had health insurance before the ACA and I'll have insurance afterwards. Not sure why you'd think it would affect Republicans. I haven't met too many who aren't capable of supporting themselves (other than those with actual disabilities but their insurance was already covered).
