  1. Yes, you can refuse to take the FST. Yes, you will then be handcuffed and taken in for a breathalyzer at the station. Yes, your vehicle will then be towed and cost you hundreds of dollars to get back. Yes, you will lose your license for up to a year, if you refuse the breathalyzer.

  2. Over and over I see "non-binary" people claiming to have mental health issues...yet they keep trying to claim their gender confusion isn't a symptom of that. If I ever tell you that I have mental health issues and that I can also fly, but one has nothing to do with the other...please keep me away from tall buildings and bridges. Do not "affirm" me. Find me help before things get out of hand.
