@ReaderRabbitRy Freedom of Assembly is a first amendment right. The first amendment starts "Congress shall make no law" and then makes no mention of any other governing body. The tenth amendments says that any powers not granted to the Federal government by the Constitution and not restricted from the States by it, belong to the States and the people. What all of this means is that the Federal government can not put restrictions on your freedom of assembly but the State and the people (by way of voting on propositions to do so) can. This is why many jurisdictions have permit processes and limitations on where you can assemble. It's perfectly constitutional to do so.

You're arguing that people can't have opinions about this case because they aren't his jurors (or, in your words, smarter than the jurors). That's ridiculous. Everyone is free to have an opinion about anything. Nobody said anything about being "qualified to free or jail anyone." You don't have any more say over people's right to an opinion - or to express their opinion - than anyone but those twelve jurors and the judge have the right to decide this case. As for your nonsense about nobody else being able to have even half of the facts, you are aware that the entire trial has been live streamed, aren't you? It's perfectly reasonable to think there are quite a few people out there who have seen all of the facts that have been presented to the jury. In fact, a great many people are serious fans of true crime, and love nothing more than following a case like this in real time. Did you forget that this is the 21st century? Nobody is waiting for the next morning's newspaper to find out what had been said in court that day.

@artcarrasco9 Nobody said otherwise. Why are you even talking to me? Do you completely lack any reading comprehension skills?

@artcarrasco9 You really are a drooling moron, aren't you? The fact that Rittenhouse isn't guilty has been obvious since the day after it happened. Seriously, learn how to read and how to understand what you're reading. You thinking this is some kind of "gotcha" makes me think you're about 12 years old.
