  4. These comments are great. Such shallow lines of thought. A lot of these parks are being sold because the people who own them are bad at running a business. They don't adjust rent prices with the market and end up taking a loss. Do that long enough and you're bankrupt. Then what? Oh yeah! The bank takes the property and sells it to someone else! If nobody buys it as a trailer park, they'll evict everyone and sell it as an empty lot! Boo hoo all you want but these "evil people" are coming in and keeping these parks from closing. They're keeping these people from ending up on the streets. God forbid they actually make a buck in the process, right?
