I'm no fan of HOAs but that's why I didn't buy a house in an HOA neighborhood. I'm curious why this guy's son doesn't just walk on the lawn. Grass is softer than gravel when you fall, so why not just have him walk on the grass? It's not like he has some incredibly full, high-end yard. It looks about like mine and I don't get my shorts in a twist about the kids walking and even playing on the grass. Seems like a ridiculous fight.
