Totally. That's why she's allowed to shoot someone for trespassing. She's just not allowed to record the audio of her doing so. Gotta love the way the law works.

@KH-mf1sq The funny part about that is anyone who uses trail cams as they're intended, knows full well that tweakers and homeless love to steal them and sell them for a quick $20-$50, if they can get their hands on them. Strapping them to a post at eye level is like leaving a steak on the floor and expecting a dog not to eat it.

@TEverettReynolds Because the trailer park belongs to him. He can be held responsible if people are committing crimes on his property and he is aware of it. A buddy of mine was charged with aiding and abetting because he rented out a storage room to a guy and it turned out the guy was a drug dealer and was storing meth in there. The judge dismissed his case because the room had its own entrance with its own lock/key. That being said, the trailer park owner seemed more like he was using the law as a reason to harass her about her cameras, rather than actually being concerned about his own culpability. I just wanted to clarify why someone would legitimately care.
