Which is made more comical by the fact that the majority of people shot in California are shot with handguns. Not rifles and certainly not "assault weapons" within the rifle category.

And not even retaliating against the people who wrote the law he dislikes. He's lashing out like a toddler. That's okay, though. They've been threatening the "sue the manufacturer" nonsense for a while now. I can't wait for the first suit to make it to SCOTUS, so they can laugh themselves right off the bench.

I'm in California and I know that isn't true. How do you even justify such a ridiculous claim?

No, they won't. They will continue to do so, so that they can get sued and appeal it all the way up to the Supreme Court. That way, SCOTUS can put down this "sue the manufacturer" nonsense once and for all, before Biden decides to enact it Federally. You can't sue Ford for someone mowing down a parade full of people with a Ford Escape and you can't sue Smith & Wesson for someone using a M&P15 to shoot up a school. Why? Because neither was designed for that purpose. They were used in a manner other than directed. This is a slam dunk of a case. I'm so glad Newsom lost his temper and did something stupid. This one is going to be a nice win for the 2A community.

In a move that surprised no one, Governor Newsom decided to take out his anger at Texas lawmakers - over a new abortion law - by punishing gun manufacturers and by extension, Californians. When asked for comment on this non-linear method of coping with frustration, the Governor is quoted as saying "Shut up! Your face is stupid! You're all big jerks and I hate you! Give me my ball back, I'm going home!"

@RWald8888 What? No. Amendments are the process of amending the constitution. What you just said is that it's our duty to change every amendment in the Constitution because according to you, that's what they are there for. But then, we would do that with more amendments. Then it would be our duty to amend those amendments, right? Do we just amend them back? Words mean things. Learn those meanings before using the words. Australian comedians are not a good source for your debate material.
