  1.  @emmasdad5426  I run into that a lot. I'm reasonably priced, yet people will take this ridiculous low-ball bids because they think construction is monkey work. I usually end up making more by going back and fixing the other guys' work, than what I would have made just doing the job in the first place. I've had to start telling customers this during my bid, just so it doesn't eat at my conscience. Some listen. Most don't.
