Ruth Bader Ginsburg (Feminist Icon of the Supreme Court): Wow, the way we wrote this ruling is garbage. We did it totally wrong. Things will go badly. SCOTUS Now: You know, the way the old SCOTUS wrote that ruling was garbage. This isn't even close to a reasonable application of the 14th amendment. This really should be a State-level issue.
