@lace1245 Ooh, swing and a miss on the proper amendment to cite. The tenth amendment says that any powers not granted to the Federal government by the Constitution, are reserved for the States and the people of the United States. That means it's up to the States to decide whether to mandate vaccines, since the Federal government was not granted that power (and that was reinforced by SCOTUS in 1905).
