Wait, wasn't Ted drunk, too? If "two drunk people having sex" is rape, who is the victim? Is it whoever gets to the police station faster? Whoever regrets their own decision - to get drunk and hookup - more? Is it automatically the woman because "Inequality!" or is it simply because (in this case) the girl was an 8 and the guy was a 4? I also find it interesting that you have a category for "men hitting women" and not just hitting, in general. If all things are equal then anyone hitting anyone is equally bad. Most of those movies have women slapping men, too. If that's acceptable, then it's a double standard. It's hypocrisy. It's just more inequality. Either it's socially unacceptable to hit other people or everyone is fair game. That's how equality works.
