@anthonymolina7416 Depends on if you upgrade to ported/polished or stay with stock. Either way, it's likely cheaper than this "patented secret formula and process."

Nobreath 0 The current privacy issues and constant barrage of notifications are causing a lot of people to reconsider using flip phones. The overreach that will inevitably come with electric and self-driving cars will likely have a similar effect.

nbkcq28 It's not about who gets hard, it's about who gets wet. I've never met a woman who got hot over how smooth and quiet a car was. A lopey cam and a decent exhaust, on the other hand...

V108 The Teslonda isn't exactly a cornering machine. We're only talking about straight lines here, so yeah, the Demon is a valid vehicle to mention.

That won't be a concern for the majority for several decades.

Yeah, right. The vast majority of people in the US are working class. The vast majority of working class people drive used vehicles. EVs won't have a significant presence in the US for decades and hybrids will continue to hit the junkyards at a higher rate than ICE vehicles (because they're disposable crap compared to the good ol', can't kill 'em cars of yesterday). Why would anyone buy a used Prius and have to spend big dollars on a new battery pack when they could buy an old Corolla and get parts dirt cheap at any parts house?

Depends on what you mean? If you're talking from an engine swap perspective, no. Not even close. The LS swap will be the number one swap for a long time to come. Hell, people are still doing center bolt 350 swaps in large numbers and that motor has been considered obsolete for a long time. If it was ever just about speed, everyone would be running twin turbos in the absolute lightest cars they could find. That's not the case, though. We all know the formula but most of us ignore large parts of it for one reason or another. That's half the fun!

This rule should be simple. If an ingredient's only purpose is to make food pretty or more addictive, and it falls on the negative side of the line, nutritionally, it shouldn't be allowed in our food at all. Also, why should the drug companies get even longer? Who cares if cherry cough drops are deep red? Use beet juice for coloring and move on.

Does it count as common sense if it isn't common anymore?

Or as expensive...

@Beliserius1 Yes but honestly, so what? If I need more color in my life I'll plants some flowers in the yard or paint my living room. There's nothing vibrant or neon about a steak, yet it tastes better than any of this stuff they're adding dyes to. Cereal should be pale. It's basically just filler, anyway. Sugar cereal should just go away. Why raise your kids to think that the best way to start their day is with a bowl of diabetes?

I love how this guy's talking as though there isn't still a huge restomod community. It's going to be a long time before people are talking about the LS swap as a thing of the past, bud. Sorry.

"...you can't avoid ultra-processed foods." Speak for yourself. I've been avoiding ultra-processed foods for quite awhile. It's a little difficult at first but once you get into it, it becomes much easier. Whole foods and lightly processed foods are readily available throughout most of the US. Learning to use one's kitchen is incredibly helpful, as it means they're no longer helpless to feed themselves, and can put all of the healthier foods available to good use.

Battery pack. So what? It's just the batteries. Do you name your car after the brand of gas tank you use?

"If you noticed your car losing power over time, you may not need that new turbo to regain your speed." What an incredibly dumb statement. If you notice your power decreasing, of course that means you need to do maintenance work. Noticing a decrease in performance is not the same as simply wanting more performance than what you can get under optimal conditions. Who buys a turbo due to noticing decreased performance?
