  1. "...you can't avoid ultra-processed foods." Speak for yourself. I've been avoiding ultra-processed foods for quite awhile. It's a little difficult at first but once you get into it, it becomes much easier. Whole foods and lightly processed foods are readily available throughout most of the US. Learning to use one's kitchen is incredibly helpful, as it means they're no longer helpless to feed themselves, and can put all of the healthier foods available to good use.
