@ShonnMorris That's not true. California already lost one Congressional seat due to population decrease (for the first time in history) and there are projections that it could lose up to five more by 2030. It's making a difference. The problem is that California has a population larger than Canada, so it's gonna take a while for it to empty out enough to matter.

@ShonnMorris The focus was population. There are fewer and fewer people moving into California to replace the hoards who are leaving. Thus, lower Congressional seat count. Though, to be fair, that has less to do with California's terrible reputation and more to do with its insane cost of living.

What are you talking about? I have it on good authority that Miami has been under water since 2012.
