  4. Which two California cities are among the best (not just largest) in the Country? I've been out here for decades and I honestly don't know which ones you're talking about? Monterey? Solvang?

  5.  @jackmeyer8656  You said best cities. Just because those cesspools have a lot of influence (which just means money and political weight) doesn't make them the best cities. I prefer to use things like crime rate, homelessness/poverty, average quality of life, etc to determine such things. LA and SF have some of the worst stats in all fields.
