  1. That's how I started. I was low man on the totem pole, working for a remodel contractor. I learned everything I could and moved up the ranks fast. I work for myself now and it's great. The hard part is finding someone worth keeping on as an apprentice. There's a major shortage of people willing to work hard for an honest day's pay. The entitlement is unbelievable.

  2. Kentucky is moving from one energy source to another. They've got plans for battery factories for Ford EVs. That way, when they realize that strip-mining the planet for lithium, nickel, etc is bad, too, Kentucky can be SOL again.
