@mr.d1796 Really? Happier in California? The number one conversation being had between my friends, family, and coworkers is "I can't wait to get out of California," with various, overlapping laundry lists of complaints about this State. Are there really people out there less happy than "I hate everything about this place. I want to leave and never look back," or am I missing something?

I mean, he didn't say this was a list of nice places to live. It's a list based on polls of where black/African Americans are moving. Jax is on all of the bad lists but it also happens to be on this neutral list. Any list of the best places probably isn't going to have too many large cities on it, since most large cities are havens for crime and have a higher cost of living, compared to surrounding areas.

@azaliahbarrington3189 That's going to depend a lot on your political leanings, as well as whether you can handle humidity. If you're down with freedom and don't mind drinking the air, you're good to roll. If you think the government exists to be a surrogate parent and you can't handle some genuinely muggy weather, you shouldn't move to Florida.
