  1. Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Since the US Constitution does not delegate any powers to regulate drugs to the Federal government, those powers belong to the States respectively, or the people. Therefore, any and all Federal regulations over any drugs - other than interstate transport regulations - are, in fact, unconstitutional. I have a real problem with the rampant marijuana and other addictive substance abuse in this Country. That does not mean I support government overreach. I would rather live in a Country wherein people are doing something I don't like, than in a Country wherein the government is abusing their powers to stop said activities.
