  1. "90 years ago, Congress passed a law..." Ooh...let me just stop you there. About 230 years ago, the Founders wrote up a whole framework. Nowhere in that framework did they give your agency permission to exist. Likewise, they never gave the Federal government the authority to create your agency or to enact firearm restrictions. At no point since then did the States or the People allow for an amendment that grants that authority. You are illegal. Your agency is illegal. Every "law" and "rule" your agency ever enforced is illegal. The "law" Congress passed 90 years ago that gave you any freedom to interpret laws is illegal. Go away.
