  1. Same in so many formerly great States. The coastals went ahead and gentrified the entire Country. I keep an eye on real estate in my area. I'm seeing houses going back on the market that sold during the pandemic, and now they're asking $100,000+ over what they paid...just three years later! Insanity! These people started bidding wars and drove prices sky high. Now that their bosses are forcing them to go back to the office (instead of working remotely) they think they should be rewarded for their impulsive behavior. It's despicable.
