  2. Her: "Am I gonna get fired?" Him: "Honestly, yes. Or you can resign." There is one of the big issues, right there. Teachers and LEOs are constantly given the choice to resign after they've done something that should tarnish them for future employment in their fields. It's ridiculous. Fire her. Black ball her. Make sure she doesn't work as a teacher any more.

  4. Skylar misunderstood the situation. A) that wasn't a breathalyzer that he put in her mouth and B) the 3.8 was her score on a scale of 1-10. She blew poor to mediocre.
