@omfglongbeach It's not about the where but the how. California doesn't have a shortage of million+ dollar homes. California has a shortage of affordable/low income housing. A handful of billionaires building a bunch of expensive homes does nothing except cost the taxpayers in that area more money.

@voskresenie- Your comment is a contradiction. Figure out what you're trying to say before you start typing. You can't argue that building a bunch of low cost homes would result in them jumping to a million dollars while also claiming that building a bunch of million dollar homes would cause housing prices to plummet.
