If someone is elected to the office of POTUS, takes their oath to uphold the Constitution and has already made public statements that run counter to the Constitution....shouldn't they then be charged with perjury? At absolute least, shouldn't you be disqualified from being able to run for office if you have stated publicly that you are not going to uphold the Constitution? In case you're wondering, this applies to both major party candidates. I think it's time to disqualify them both and make this an election for the candidates who actually support the US and its way of life.
