Nothing shocking here. I've been saying from the beginning that people would vote for Trump to keep Clinton from being the President. Clinton wasn't on the Virginia ballot, so there wasn't as much motivation to vote Republican. Now, if the Democrat had come out and said he would do everything in his power to repeal the Heller decision, it may well have turned out very differently. Especially if he had also been personally responsible for the deaths of Americans in Benghazi... Trump was the most hated candidate in history...except for the one he was running against.
