Of course they are. That's how they've been padding the numbers from the start. Watch any number of the interviews with heads of State and medical talking heads. They're trying so hard to use creative language to make Omicron seem much worse than it is. They don't want people to stop getting vaccinated, boosted, etc, so they twist things to keep people scared. Thus far, Omicron has a reported 100% survival rate, regardless of vaccination status. That's the only thing that matters.

So far it has a 100% survival rate.

Died WITH Omicron, not FROM Omicron. This strain still has a 100% survival rate.

They didn't die of Omicron. Forget the lie CNN put on the screen. Listen to what Johnson said; "...died with Omicron." WITH, not from. They died of other causes and also happened to have Omicron. Omicron still has a 100% survival rate.
4
After this person died (of other causes) they tested the blood, sequenced the DNA, and determined that they also had Omicron. Notice that while CNN is sloppily saying "died from Omicron," Johnson is very carefully saying "died with Omicron." It's a very important difference. I will definitely die WITH tendinitis but I can pretty much guarantee that I won't die FROM tendinitis. Same with Omicron. So far, it has a 100% survival rate.

Not even that high. Notice the difference between CNN's wording and Boris Johnson's. They are claiming the person died "from" Omicron, while he says they died "with" Omicron. If a fat guy gets stabbed to death, they die "with" high cholesterol, not "from" high cholesterol. CNN twisted Johnson's words to fit the agenda. Omicron currently has a 100% survival rate.
3
Liar. They marked the first death WITH Omicron, not FROM Omicron. Omicron still hasn't killed anyone. Not one, single person out of tens of thousands.
3
@physikokonomie7511 Wrong. CNN lied and said they died from Omicron. Johnson said himself that they died WITH Omicron. It's not the same thing. So far, NOBODY has died from the Omicron variant.

That's why they're giving the vaccines away at no cost... Oh, wait. No they're not. Pfizer made $36,000,000,000 last year by way of their "benevolent" vaccine, that just happens to need to be renewed every fiscal quarter. When you're getting filthy rich off a vaccine that has an effective lifespan similar to that of a carton of eggs, you're not good people.
3
@lantrick If mRNA vaccines are such crap that you have to get a booster every three months, we should just go ahead and abandon them, now. That is your defense of all the boosters, right? That it's just the way mRNA vaccines work? Well, I think I'll hold out for better options. The pharmaceutical companies will never bother to come up with anything better if they know they can continue to make $9,000,000,000/quarter from selling us crappy vaccines that have the useful lifespan of unwrapped cheese.

As of right now, 466 Likes and 783 Dislikes (there's an extension for that). It would normally be much higher but the real key to YouTube disabling the dislike counter is that it is causing people to stop disliking videos. When people can't see the difference they're making, they eventually stop trying. Much like the dislike button under comments doesn't get used nearly as much as it would, if the number were visible.

@vercoda9997 We don't "know" the mortality rate of any variant because we don't test every case to see which variant it is. Now do we know of all the cases that were asymptomatic/low symptom. We base the mortality rate on the numbers we have at a given point in time. Currently, the Omicron variant has a 100% survival rate, based on the tens of thousands of cases we know about (the numbers we have at this given point). I don't understand the mentality of people like you.
2
And now they will. Omicron is resistant to the vaccine that they're pushing and the infected have a 100% survival rate. Everyone will get it. Everyone will survive (other than cases like this one, where someone dies of something else and they try to claim it's because of Omicron). Everyone will build up immunity. Life will finally go on.

@suehowie152 You're welcome, Bugs.
2
@suehowie152 There haven't even been 800,000 cases of the Omicron variant, let alone deaths. Where are you getting your numbers?
2
Except this variant is nowhere near as bad as the others, let alone worse. It has a 100% survival rate, so far. That pretty much puts it in line with seasonal allergies on the scariness scale.
1
Why bother? As soon as Omicron replaces Delta, A) the vaccine is useless and B) it's entirely unnecessary. Omicron has a 100% survival rate. There is nothing left to fear, once it replaces Delta (and not really much to fear from Delta, unless you have comorbidities).
1
@TheParentalRevolution There have been zero deaths from Omicron. Therefore, it currently has a 100% survival rate. Your honest conversation consists of arguing against math. That's not a good position to take. Now, if you want an honest conversation, you can start by not conflating "has" and "will always have." I never said that nobody will ever die of Omicron. I stated the facts as they currently exist. If facts don't have a place in your conversation then please stop calling it an honest one.
1
@suehowie152 Nope.

@livewellwitheds6885 Immunity from what? The "vaccines" don't make you immune to COVID. Hell, they don't even reduce your chances for that long. That's why they're already talking about a third and even fourth booster in under a year. Looking at the infection rates of Omicron, it's likely that the "vaccines" have near zero effect on this strain, whatsoever. Let alone giving you immunity from it.

@sadmadworld8889 Yes, it is.

@physikokonomie7511 Source?
1
@physikokonomie7511 Your claim.
1
@physikokonomie7511 Wow...nevermind. You just carry on with whatever it is you're doing. Have a very special day.
1
@lantrick It's progress to have vaccines that don't work properly? I don't think you should use words that you don't understand.
1
@lantrick Perfect? Ha! Hell, I'll settle for good at this point. And no, " significantly wears off in a few months" isn't even in the ballpark.
