  1. Killing is amoral, not immoral. Intent and circumstances dictate the morality of the act. If you walk down the street and kill the guy walking towards you because you wanted to watch him die, that's murder and it's immoral. If you killed the same guy because he rushed you with a knife, that's self defense and is both moral and legal.
