  1.  @Osprey1994  The drug "laws" they are enforcing are Federal. The problem with that is that the US Constitution does not grant the Federal government the authority to regulate drugs on any level. It does, however, say that any powers not specifically granted to the Federal government by the Constitution and not restricted from the States, belong to the States, and the people. That was so important for the structure of this Country, that the founders made it the tenth amendment of the bill of rights. It's written in plain English... that politicians, judges, and lawyers choose to ignore, for their political agendas. Law enforcement officers are not required to violate the US Constitution by any code or law. Anyone who wants to enforce actual laws would learn what they are, first. If they did that, these "laws" would start disappearing, as the cases against them received more support from the right people.
