  1. ​ @subg8858  The courts have determined (and then reinforced) that law enforcement can tell you to get out of a vehicle at any time during an investigation, for their own safety. Refusal to comply with this lawful order allows them to remove you. They didn't have to wait for anything other than her lack of compliance.
