  3. For those watching this, who want to know safe driving practices and don't have their heads up their a$$e$, there's a good rule of thumb for following safely. One car length between you and the vehicle in front of you, for every 10 mph you're traveling. So, if you're doing 30 mph, that's three car lengths. If you're doing 55 mph, that's five and a half car lengths between you. It's an easy way to stay safe and not get pulled over.
