I think there's a misunderstanding between the people as they both believe what their government tells them about on another. From what I've seen from interviews and documentaries on both sides, the people on both sides really want peace, the governmental bodies however don't, they want power and then they pump their people full of the idea that the other side is all evil and they all want you dead and so a common ground can't be found until the people start waking up and stop allowing ignorance such as religion to be used by their governments to make them hate. The way they so blindly trust their governments is like Stockholm syndrome. You'd think with so many israelis being "Educated" they'd break the chains of a false religion and false ideologies.. But, I can't expect much when for thousands of years they've been controlled by their religion. I wonder how many modern JEws know the truth of their religions roots. I'd assume about as many as Christians lol. So, very few.
