This is the result of a failed educational system. If these adults had a grasp on how labor and wages worked. They’d quickly understand they raising an arbitrary number has never solved anything ever. It feels like it’s always 25-50% behind because once the lowest unskilled labor gets more dollars per hour. Everyone else’s needs to increase as well. This in return drives up the costs of rent, services, goods etc. Still leaving you in the same place. We need to understand that the value you being to the job/community is the wage you’ll receive. Work harder to gain valuable skill sets. Not refusing to learn and grow while demanding more money. You’d be far better off using that energy to educate and develop skills that are in demand. Such a sad place our country has developed into. We’re the laziest, most self centered and entitled group of people in recorded history. Hell of a legacy to leave your kids. At least they’ll have a documented record of what not to do and how not to behave. Unions have destroyed every skilled job they’ve touched. Police, fire, teachers, locomotive l, automotive, trades et. Now they’re coming for the entry level employees that didn’t learn from the last 40 years of union destruction to this country. Good luck kids, you’re going to need it.

@iamcosma7065 You’re telling me. I do it not for those that reply. Although I appreciate yours. I do it for the youth, that like myself would lurk and read but never post. Hopefully a seed can be planted to grow thoughts of their own. 🇺🇸
