Nope, the doors will open like the shinning. đşđ¸

No, more people need to understand whatâs going on instead of getting their ânewsâ from propaganda sites like this one.

No, they need to get the full story. This is government propaganda.

Their argument is that me as a parent should not have the right to choose where my kids go to school, and my tax dollars that follow them. If public schools are so great then everyone will want to put their kids in these schools when given the option, yes? Public education doesnât want competition as it fails every time. Public education wants a monopoly on dictating how our kids think. Most of you leftist either donât have kids or donât want them. Your concern on this topic is creepy at best. What youâre watching is the school unions getting freaked out because parents woke up during COVID. Parents are not putting up with your BS and lies anymore and weâre taking our kids and tax dollars with us. Schools unions created unimaginable harm to kids across this country. From sexual abuse to a complete loss of education for an entire school year or better. Schools unions are done. Parents have had enough. Youâre completely incompetent and corrupt.

@GS-kj5pc So you donât believe a parent should choose the best school for their kids? Or only the rich? You think the government makes better decisions for my kids then I do? You believe my tax dollars should go to the closets school to me and not the school I take my kids to? Whatâs wrong with you people?

@bettyplant4793 Trying to remove a parents choice from them? Iâd Publix schools were so great. You wouldnât need to force anyone to go there or keep their tax dollars if their kids go someone else. This is what happens when school unions and the government are loosing power to the parents within our schools. đşđ¸

@GS-kj5pc Again, why should I not have the right of choice for my kids? Why shouldnât my taxâs follow my kids?

@robert2690 It means the same thing as it does for the rest of the races. Your implying only black people a poor. Thatâs absolutely racist, ignorant and factually incorrect. Competition in the market place has always been better for the end user/consumer. When the tax dollars follow the kids and the parents have options. Theyâll no longer be at the mercy of a failed system called teachers unions. Where youâre rewarded by tenure and not merit. No where else does this system work successfully. Youâre being lied to in order to keep you stupid and repeating the process. If you were properly educated youâd understand these concepts. Youâd have a better grasp on finances and not live in debt. These are the system that in slave the very same people that vote for it. Not by race, by economic stays. Donât be the problem, be the solution.

@robert2690 Youâre repeating all the fear based talking points the politicians and school unions have fed the American people. Schools wonât disappear, they become better. Example; Law passes like in Arizona giving parents a choice for where their kids go to school. Because of the new law investors see the opportunity to start a public charter school across the street. They donât have to follow the ineffective rules of the union where tenure has a higher value then merit. Theyâre able to fire those that donât perform and give raises to those that do. This creates accountability and a better performing school. Now the original public school will need to make some changes and fire the sh*ty teachers or risk closings. At the end of the day, the demand and opportunity will not allow any area to go without a school. This will create additional opportunities for our kids and give the rights back to the parents instead of the failed government and unions. If we keep doing, what weâve always done. Weâll always get what weâve always got. For reference I grew up a kid in the very democratic ran inner cities of California. Im now a parent in Arizona where I have options. Im not reading talking points off a meme I saw on Twitter. Iâve actually lived and living it.

@robert2690 my previous replies will outline this.

@bobbyhall7472 The problem is that people like yourself have bought into the school unions only argument. âYouâll take money away from public schoolsâ. This isnât the case at all. The school would only go without funds if no one went there. Why should anyone send tax dollars to an empty school? As long as their are kids, there is funding. The unions are hoping people blindly follow their ridiculous logic. They canât compete with competition. Theyâve failed our kids for decades. COVID school shut downs was the final straw. Parents are waking up and not ok with the failures anymore. Itâs about time. Couple generations late, but good nonetheless.

@danielkerber8667 Ao right now while no one can find teachers these charter schools are paying less and attracting better teachers, producing better results. The question should then be. Why do are public schools fail so badly? No accountability. Vouchers would fix this. Not to mention. Parents should have the rights, not the government.
1
@danielkerber8667 do you have sources or personal experiences? I have four kids in public school and this hasnât been out experience. Weâve found that the public charter schools weâve found are not bound by union hand cuffs. Theyâre able to focus on the kids and their education. The public schools weâve had our kids in that were ran by the unions kept crappy teachers because of tenure. Good teachers want to be amongst other like minded teachers. It doesnât take long until you have a school full of teachers that are just cashing checks and those that donât care. At the end of the day. Someones irrational and emotional whims should not remove my ability to choose where my kids go to schools or where my tax dollars for my kids go.
