  1. I love that they think these pieces of paper in the form of an award some how means something. Here’s the actual reason you got them. Years ago leadership realized they need to give you the same types of meaningless awards they your parents and teachers gave you just for showing up with a pulse. Sorry to break it to you. It doesn’t have any real life value to anyone other then your mother. As far as this young lady is concerned. It’s an absolutely tragedy that her parents failed to properly prepare her for life. It should be illegal. As far as Starbucks. Why work somewhere you’re not wanted?? If they don’t believe you’re worth your pay, they fire you. Why argue? This doesn’t make any sense. Go somewhere else where you can find a business that values your skills or lack there of. “It’s not fair” was the ultimate sign of how poorly prepared this young lady is. Terribly sad. You seem like a good kid with a good heart.

Yeah, remember it well. Super racist towards whites. Our parents didn’t live in debt, they didn’t finance a vehicle for 750 a month. They saved, paid cash and drove older vehicles. They didn’t get Uber esta or eat out 5 times a week. They didn’t go on vacations they couldn’t afford. They saved more and they overall worked more. The problem is in the behaviors not the opportunities. The is corporate propaganda to keep you narrowing money you’ll never pay back, never allowing for finical growth or security. This is very much a choice and not forced upon anyone. Young people want it all and think they can pay for it later. If I can save to pay cash for older vehicles, stay out of debt, buy a home and raise a family of six on one income of less then 60k. You can do it to. Stop making excuses are start making changes.
