Why do you want to be in a relationship where you have no value in their eyes? Why fight to stay when you’re clearly not wanted? Why do you want the government to force them to employ you? Where does your narcissism come from?

Umm. You forget two key parts to this. 1.) They were already on corrective action for performance. 2.) High performing people don’t support union. Unions are like socialism. The only ones that buy in are those that will benefit from it. Those that are contributors don’t.

@antlerman7644 so the first one was acknowledged in the video. The second has been my personal experience in 25 years working on both sides of the union table. I use to think like those on this channel. Eventually the obvious became to hard to ignore. Whenever you go from a system that’s based on performance to a system based on tenure. Those that enjoy contributing to the team get penalized and those that don’t contribute get protected. This isn’t only bad for the business. It’s terrible for morale outside of these bottom performers. Look no further than the locomotive, automotive industry, they BK’d or the telecommunications along with many others. They attached themselves to something profitable and extracts until there is no more. Moving down the food chain as they look for new sources of revenue from people that haven’t learned or don’t know about their history.

@grmpEqweer Name an industry today that the union helps thrive? I can name countless ones they’ve destroyed. Locomotive, automotive, telecommunications, grocery, police, fire, teacher….. They’ve ran out of all the good jobs. Now they’re onto entry level. They’re the only ones left too dumb to look up their last.
