The concept of supply and demand is a hell of a thing. Let’s remove some regulations so builders can build quicker and for less. Let’s also not forget this happens when we dump trillions into the economy. This is completely misguided. Learn from others. Investors won’t invest if you limit their rent potential. They’ll just go elsewhere. Remember, they’re greedy.

@justin9571 You don’t have a clue. How many landlords have you spoke to? They come in all shapes and sizes. There is nothing greedy for charging market rate. That notion is insane. This isn’t greed, it’s common sense. Forcing price increases will just limit or remove current and potential property owners from investing. Remember, these people are “greedy” according to you. They’ll just take their investment money and go to the next city, county, state etc.

@perryegolson833 You have poor people thinking. We point this out in others to our kids and explain the difference between the two thinking. One has no control over their misfortunes and blames the system, the rich, politicians etc. When it’s never your fault you’ll never be able to fix anything and better your situation. This is poor people thinking. Rich people see struggles as opportunities and life lessons. I lost everything during the 08’ crash. I could’ve blamed the banks, the systems the corporations. I wouldn’t have been wrong. I just wouldn’t have learned anything. I learned and I’m now as prepared as I can be for the upcoming economic disaster. This is very basic self help shit. It’s no secret. Take responsibility, stop blaming others and avoid repeating the same mistake twice. Good luck to you.
