@juhaniheinonen6132 I don’t agree with any business running like this. By I also don’t believe the government or a union should get in between the agreement of an employee and employer. If they both agreed to the work and the wage. What’s the problem? If no one wants to work at those wages, then they’ll be forced to increase wages and or benefits. I don’t agree with someone that agrees to the work and pay. Then throws a fit because they’re no longer happy with their agreement. Leave if you don’t like it. It’s child like to not leave and demand they comply.

@jamesm568 Although there is some truth to that. It’s not completely accurate. You work a minimum wage job when your young and don’t have the skill sets or old and staying busy. As you gain skills you can demand more money. If you had a good father, he would’ve thought you valuable skill sets to help you advance. No one controls the hand their dealt. Only you control how you play your hand. I could give you all the excuses why I should’ve failed. But that wasn’t an option I was ok with. So here I am. If you can dress yourself. You posses all the needed skills to be successful. If you’re an ethnic female. You have more advantages the rest of us.
