  2. Adam’s looking rough these days. This whole video is a fucking joke that can’t follow their own logic. Preface; I fucking hate private equity groups. I’ve been a part of several buy outs and they fucking suck. With that said… Just to recap a couple items. They target business that run fine and attempt to destroy them? If they were fine they wouldn’t have value to these groups. You’re being dishonest. They take poorly managed and ran businesses. Create strict structure, cut head count and force numbers at all costs. Promote those that follow direction. Fire those that can’t keep up. After they’re able to show profits. Sell before it all falls apart as the business model is not self sufficient long term. This is why they have per Adam an 80% success ratio. Yes, 2/3 of bankruptcies were owned by private equity firms because it’s a risky and profitable business. At the end of the day. This video would have been far more beneficial to properly educate of the goods and bads so everyone can refuse to work or do business with them. This video does nothing more then posturing to people that already agree with you. You’ve done absolutely nothing to create change.
