  8.  @raefmitchell6161  yep, don't allow scepticism turn into pessimism, if you hold a lower barrier of entry for beliefs that support your scepticism and you are highly sceptical of beliefs that are affirming I.e critique you can fall the other way. Predisposed to critique that isn't well researched or anti propaganda. In other words you allow lies to pass your Quality Control because they support your based assumptions.
