  13.  @Lewis_Hamer  they are supposed to be trained to deal with these issues that's a failure on the police, preplanning makes preparation, you learn this in school, you learn the scenarios and you get the experience. Police aren't just trained to deal with issuing infringements, police are taught gun safety, assault practicing and told to disarm suspects to hold them in custody, this training is equally as brutal as boot camp for defence military personnel
