I recently came across an entire dedicated shelf of "sugar free candy" at my local grocery store including chews, hard candy and chocolates that were full of sugar alcohols. the pendulum is starting to swing against the addition of so much sugar in our foods, but the tradeoff is going to cause a different set health issues
