VisioningHail I don't think so, s class interior is still the best in it's class but the Lexus interior has definitely stepped up it's game to the Mercedes competitive level

Kaisuke971 in terms of quality yes, not sure about design tho as I think the s class feels more unique to other Mercedes interiors and other companies and really looks elegant (like a yacht practically) as opposed to the 7 series interior looking similar to the 2 3 and 5 series interior (with better quality)... but of course design appeal is subjective and I think that's why the 7 series is under rated, perhaps becuz interior design wise people seem to prefer the s class interior (like myself)... Could be other reasons as well like how the Mercedes has magic body control to absorb all the road bumps and distronic plus that is essentially auto drive for stop and go traffic..(technologies that actually have a significance in a luxury saloon).. I think it may also have to do with the fact that the s class came out rougly 2 years before the 7 yet still remains on par with quality with a design that many find to be more elegant despite the 2 year gap. The Mercedes also tends to be a more attractive offer simply for the fact that it comes in sedan, coupé, cabriolet, amg, maybach and pullman limo versions to which the 7 has only sedan version.

***** but more people prefer the s class look and think it's more elegant where as the 7 looks like a 2 series , 3 series or 5 series interior design with just better quality. Theres an undeniable similarity for what should be BMW's top model

***** in most car reviews the s class wins and a big reason why is because the reviewers liked the interior more and found it to be more comfortable. The 7 series does look different bubit still shares and awful lot of similar design language from the rest if the line up (it's not like you look at it and say oh my God I have never seen a BMW interior like that before) whereas look at the i3 vw every other BMW and you will know what I mean by a different design that's one of their only cars where interior wise it is compelty different than any other BMW) , there is always a trapezoid screen, as goes for the air vents and the majority of dashboard. And for a car that's supposed to represent the best luxury BMW, the interior doesn't stand out much in terms of design from it's younger brothers.... Nothing conoletly new or revolutionary, whereas the s class look like a huge improvement from the previous model especially for being two years older than the BMW yet still a better looking design to a lot of reviewers and people. Exg c net , car wow, mother trend....

Tuco exactly it came out 2-3 years ago and yet it still makes new interiors look like trash in comparison. It shows how everyone else seems to be behind and how mercedes have truly leading interiors for this segment

***** that's what I said, they are different of course but they still share a very noticeably similar design language between them...
