  12.  @statsmakten7614  Things have changed dramatically since Mayor Sobyanin appeared, advertising has been completely removed from the streets, parks and squares have been landscaped, free themed festivals are always held at central venues, for example, a flower festival in summer, a journey to Christmas in winter, perfect roads, brand new modern buses and trams, dozens of new metro stations (plus a new one ring and diameter), there are no homeless people anywhere, they are socialized through special centers, they are helped to restore documents and employ them, provide free housing and food. It's a completely different city now. There are YouTube channels for walking around Moscow, you can see for yourself.
