  1. As someone of 67 with many of these traits, I had to grow up and spend most of my adult life feeling different. I now see these traits as assets and make the most of them. Other things Im not good at, I have learn't to improve and in some case simply avoid.

  2. Excellent explanation. I recognise most of my personal traits, many which i consider to be assets, however my ex wife viewed them as an illness and an abnormality. I'm much happier now I have divorced her.

  3. Me too, I wasn't assessed until my early sixties and although the diagnosis was inconclusive, I have most of the traits mentioned which i now consider as assets. My ex wife considered it an illness and my behaviour abnormal, I'm pleased she's gone.
