  1. Did we not see an excellent decision by a judge yesterday in dismissing the appeals of illegal immigrants.

  2. The policy may have been followed but not the law. One judge may interpret it one way and then another in a higher court reverse his decision. If the law was black and white, who would need lawyers ?
