  2. Is there a reason why the taxpayer should pay for childcare at all ? It was your decision to have children. Why should people expect the state to bail them out ?

  3. True, but why should the tax payer pay at all ? The reality is children are expensive, those that can't afford them shouldn't have them. Why do people always look to the state to sort out their problems. I want to see lower taxes, a smaller state giving people more control over how they choose to spend their money and run their lives.

  4. Why have a scheme at all, having children is a lifestyle choice. If you can't afford them, don't have them. Why look to the taxpayer to bail you out.
