  5. Yes it's disrespectful and a bunch of other adjectives as well, but it's not illegal. The Police Commissioner is responsible for the way the protest is controlled and the action they take against those who commit criminal offences. An organised march is far easier to control than one thats banned and large numbers of protestors turn up to march anyway.
