  1. I'm hugely grateful to those dedicated people who work in the NHS. Whilst a 35% pay increase/restoration is unreasonable, there is always some middle ground which both sides should use their best endeavours to find.This may well include a one of payment based on length of service together with say a 10% (same as Pensioners) increase. The sooner these strikes end the better for the everyone concerned.
