  29. For an estate over the IHT threshold you can't get a Grant of Probate until the tax is paid. Without Probate you cannot legally sell any assets, particularly the house because you don't have title to it.

  37. If not Sunak as Chancellor, then Javid he was Sunak's predecessor. He resigned when Boris became PM and wanted him to sack some of his staff which he refused to do. Sunaks wife pays UK tax on her UK earnings and Indian tax on her Indian earnings.
