  5. Whilst I fully support ending restrictions in those areas that it's safe to do so, it's almost impossible to effectively police the areas that aren't safe. This was tried before with the Tier system which proved unpopular and confusing, so the simple one size fits all approach is the simplest option.

  8. Quite right you don't need permission to break the law, but if you do you must be prepared to face the consequences. You really should read The Serious Crimes act 2015 before encouraging people to commit an illegal act.
